Last year, I owed money for the first time ever and wasn't sure why. After hearing a major endorsement from a coworker, I met with Robert and he immediately found several things I could have gotten refunded for being a student. He refiled 2 returns on my behalf and the IRS sent letters accepting both returns. I have not yet received a check for what they owe me, but it appears that Robert's end of the deal was done. EXTREMELY Unprofessional, EXTREMELY unreliable. Don’t waste your time with this guy. He was more interested in trying to go on a date then he was doing my taxes!! If I could I would rate “0” stars.
Robert did my taxes for several years in a row, I never had an issue. Reading these reviews is disappointing. After moving out of state, I switched to another CPA who took weeks to get my taxes done. I’d like to switch back. He was always very efficient, and his assistant would call each year to make sure I got an appointment or filed an extension. Recent reviews make me wonder if he’s cutting back his hours.
This guy is a total pos, lies about everything!!!! Paid this guy $3600 to file an offer and compromise with the irs and after 5 years of nonsense he said the case is being treated as fraud and hung up the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS LOSER.
Mr Wagner is a great tax person. He has saved us so much over the yrars!! Better hurry and get your appointment
