Excellent experience this week. On Tuesday, we bought dog food for our new puppy at Wags n Tails on Orange and she will NOT eat it. I called and they said bring it on back (opened and used). Not only did they take it back and refund me, but I just left with a giant bag of dog food samples- frozen and kibble- pumpkin purée samples for her tummy through the transitions, a bunch of tips, and told to just wait until we know what she likes before buying anything , and if I need more samples to head back. Client for life!
I Just want to share how much i love ❤️ this Pet store ❣️Having the access to this on the island 🌴 is Awesome 👏.. I purchase everything our lil Pug needs from them .. Recently i ordered a dog bed the donut 🍩 one it turned out not to be the best for our dog i called & the ownerShe said bring it in .. She was fabulous & said she wanted happy 😃 customers & switched it out for the perfect one .. So very happy with the customer service Wag’N Tails gives ..... 🐶

Came in today for the first time to pick up some ACANA dog food for my puppy. This store is amazing, such a nice place with friendly staff. The store has a real "homely" feeling to it, really doesn't fell like your in a store. They have good choices for food, treats and have things that I've not seen at other stores. And to kick it all off, their pricing seems very competitive. All local hometown shops should stride to be like this.
