Edited July 2024: Messages go unanswered for weeks/months regardless of the condition/request. It's doubtful he even gets them as they are screened by his "admin", if she decides you've called too much, or your Rx refill is unnecessary- you don't get anything. It took a month for a callback in the spring, at which point he put me on medications that require maintenance... And then nothing, requests for refills by me and my pharmacy were ignored. He needs help in the office ASAP. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner. Wait times are long but spends the time with you when it is your turn.
I have been waiting for Dr. David Wagman to return my call since the beginning of July 2022. I had breast cancer and have been waiting for my follow up tests. I am aware that he is in the office twice a week and seeing patients. What doctor does this ???I was worried he or his family had taken ILL , No he’s fine, just not interested in returning phone calls. So very disappointing to leave a cancer patient waiting. So disappointed in him
Dr. Wagman has been my doctor for over 30 years and have never had an unsatisfactory visit.. I agree entirely with Mr. Morningstar's comments regarding Dr. Wagman's knowledge and professionalism. Worth the sometimes lengthy wait times.
I think maybe this might get some attention! I need to hear from him so we can move on
