I want to sincerely thank Susan for todays visit. I took my cat Mitts to Susan to have matts taken out. She was so gentle and good with Mitts and would not take money for her service today. Thank you so much Susan for your kindness and help.
What a great experience. Our cat is quite timid and I wanted someone that would make her feel safe. Waggums came highly recommended and I can see why. Mali felt comfortable as soon as we walked in and you can really tell that the owner loves animals deeply and loves what she does. She’s sooo soft now I wish we brought her sooner!
Brought my cat in for the first time to be groomed, since he has a lot of matting. She did a fantastic job getting all of the mats out and was very gentle. She even gave him a little cuddle at the end of his session! 5 stars for sure, will be back in the future. Very kind and let me stay the whole time to make sure my little guy was doing ok.
