Ignores your calls. In a tough spot with no AC for weeks, no answer and no return calls. I do not recommend. Not dependable.
I would highly recommend them! Answered my call and had an appointment the next day. He came and looked over the unit and quickly found the issue saving us thousands! Very knowledgeable and professional! Will be using them again if I have another issue.
