These people do not use acceptable business practices when taking phone orders and taking CREDIT CARD numbers. They refuse to comply when an immediate receipt is requested to be sent via e-mail. I went to the Waggoner Chocolates web site online. It stated FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50.00 I ordered candy for the price of $59.80 . They printed the code to use for the free shipping on their home page. The code did not work even after repeated tries to check out, using their stated code. I have not tried every item they make, but every one I have tried is excellent!! Milk chocolate dainties are superb!! The key lime are exceptional. Buckeyes ...ditto! We have a famous candy shop here, and they are good... a plus with wagoners is the individual wrapped pieces!!! Perfect!! I am a retired letter carrier and at my house we don’t rate in stars, we rate in mailbags.... 5 mailbags!!
