Great people and very knowledgeable! Just went in looking for a new bike and wondering what I should get. They took the time to see what size bike would fit me best let me test ride some too! I never felt pressured to buy anything but ended up getting one for a good price!
I brought a set of new carbon rims into this shop to have tires and tubes installed on my triathlon bike. I was initially told the work would be done the next day, but I never received any update and had to wait until the following morning to hear back. When I finally got the call, I was told the tires “wouldn’t seat properly” and that the wheels were essentially unrideable.
