The H.O.A board and C.P.S. are terrible. The condo fee is too high for the consistent ineptitude you're made to deal with. The thrash is disgusting. Every holiday and every seasonal change it's overflowing for at least 2 weeks; If you leave your thrash in front of the overflown compactor they fine you $500.00. The board is adversarial and abrassive.They suggest that you simply put your thrash on the front porch.
