The H.O.A board and C.P.S. are terrible. The condo fee is too high for the consistent ineptitude you're made to deal with. The thrash is disgusting. Every holiday and every seasonal change it's overflowing for at least 2 weeks; If you leave your thrash in front of the overflown compactor they fine you $500.00. The board is adversarial and abrassive.They suggest that you simply put your thrash on the front porch. It's a nice complex. We lived there for 3 years and have no complaints except snow removal and the pools not being opened past Labor Day which has always been silly to me to always close after Labor Day no matter what the weather is. Especially considering that the neighboring community pools do stay open longer when it's warm. Admittedly those are small complaints.
