I've been making an appearance for the past 2 months to receive housing... No one and l mean no one has gotten back with me... Or even an update at this point on my application...l have a section 8 voucher that is almost expired based on my wait with this company... Ever time l come into the office they say someone will call me tomorrow... I understand they have hired a person that scamed their workers.
I really love living here everyone's so sweet and kind. When I call maintenance their always right there. With out any complaints. I have . My daughter was to move in the same year I did. She was approved in 2022 the same time as I was. The office staff at that time was Ms Hannah and my daughter's paperwork got misplaced she's back on the waiting list.and still waiting on a phone call.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. They never answer their phone when calling. No one is ever in the office. Seems like no one actually runs this place.
