Bad experience. Employees are talking bad about owner so they did the bad job. I wouldn't give them my business again.
Do yourself a favor and call someone else. After Waggoner left our A/C unit blew up. Wires caught on fire and the board exploded in the attic. We have been without a/c for 3 days and counting. We have left several messages with the emergency service and they have yet to call us back. My 97 year old grandfather and my disabled mother have suffered horribly for their poor quality of work.
Have not a good experience with Waggoner at all! I have been without AC going on three weeks! We are also having to deal with a warranty company so that has caused so of the hold up, but Waggoner also played a hand in delaying the process. We will never use them again!
Everyone we dealt with was awesome!! They kept us informed of everything that was going on with our repair. They came out and replaced our entire heating unit in less than 2 hours. Very professional and very down to earth .... I WILL use them again if any other problems arise !! Thank you Keith & Ross !!!!
