I left my dogs in their care expecting professional supervision, proper communication, and adherence to the emergency procedures I provided. Instead, I had my dogs become seriously ill while boarding there, and I am deeply disappointed by how the situation was handled. As a dog owner, this has been one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had. We entrusted this facility with two beloved family members and expected them to receive proper care, supervision, and immediate attention if something went wrong. Instead, we were left feeling misled, ignored, and devastated. Looking back at the updates and photos we received during their stay, it is obvious something was not right. What can I say? Home away from home! We’ve taken our dog Roxie to Wagging Tails for almost a year now and have had nothing but a wagging tail come back home to us! We’ve taken her to both locations in Newington and Wolcott and have gotten the cutest pictures of her during her stay. She is an absolute love bug and to see her sharing her happy self and coming home exhausted from playing warms my heart :)

We have been with Wagging Tails literally since they were a pet sitting company, my family LOVES them! My parents have brought both of the dogs we had, and now I’m bringing my dog. Could not recommend it more. The staff are so friendly and my dog always looks like he’s having a blast in the photos
