The women who work here are friendly. Took my Yorkie. They asked what I wanted her groomed and did exactly what I asked. They are a little pricey.
Edit: I made a verbal appointment for a Wednesday morning. When I showed up they said my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning. They reluctantly took her in which I appreciate. When I picked her up the owner showed me where they 'accidentally' nicked her thigh. It was a pretty decent cut. I'm not going back. * * * * My newly adopted little Chihuahua is still learning how to trust. She's submissive and easily scared. When I picked her up she was totally relaxed and looked so pretty!
We have been taking your dogs there for a couple of years. The owner is not friendly and doesn’t even smile. But we kept going because the cost is affordable and they do a great job. Yesterday when picking up our dog my fiance asked if the prices had went up because he didn’t remember paying that much last time. She got defensive told him to look at the board and then said “if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else.” So that is exactly what we are going to do.
