Dr. Linda Kent was absolutely amazing. Our dog had a quick decline in his mobility and quality of life and we had reached out in the afternoon. She was quick to respond and was happy to help the same day. She allowed us to give our boy a peaceful goodbye with love, respect, and compassion. Forever grateful.
Called twice this year, The second time was today and always the same unprofessional strategy this business use, She asked me to text instead of call to schedule a vaccine for my dog and after I did she don’t pickup the phone or text back, Enough to tell you if you should trust this or not. Could not remind more highly! She was so compassionate, kind, and considerate! She got us in the same day we called. We had to put our 16 dog down and for such a heartbreaking experience she made it as easy as possible. She told us everything she was doing through the process and told us our options before hand.
Linda is the absolute best vet! She has taken such good care of our pets over the years, and has given us great advice on their health. She works around our schedule which makes it very convenient. It’s clear that she loves animals and is very experienced. I’ve been to several vets over the years and she is my favorite by far. We highly recommend Waggin’ Tails!
