I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikki and the entire team at this clinic. After years of struggling to get answers elsewhere, Dr Nikki took the time to really listen to all of my concerns without ever making me feel like I was overreacting. I recently had Dr Andrea visit my property to assess our steer who was unwell. From the 1st phone call I had with Felicity at the office to the on-site assistance given by Dr Andrea, we are so happy with the service offered. The team at WWVH have been brilliant, looking after our animals and us as customers. 5 stars.
Hands down the best vets I’ve ever dealt with. Nicki treated our dog like it was her own for a couple of days and when the time came to make a hard decision, she was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Been going elsewhere should of made the change alot earlier. "Expectations" denying responsibility and putting it back on the customer good business model.
