Do not provide therapy to clients, a holding cell for people in the “too hard to treat” basket. Staff do not care or listen to family members. If you want antipsychotics with no wrap around treatment this is the place to be!
Disgusting, filthy, disgusting, horrendous “staff”, ignorant doctors, life ending environment, no respect, no empathy, no understanding, just antipsychotics for one and all!!!!
All the nurses and other staff were great and treated me with respect. There was a lot to take in and being older I found it hard to remember it. Trauma counseling wasn’t available there which is a pity because that’s what I really needed but I travel now each week to Temora for counseling. We had BBQ’s and the other consumers were a great help to me.
