This review is not a reflection on the medical staff but on the administration. Whilst my daughter was admitted, we were approached to seek out permission to utilise our Private Health Insurance cover. They were eager to acquire the approvals. However we were not assigned a private room even though availability was not an issue. Instead, my child had to try and get sleep through constant noise and interruption. This is my second review 4 years later. I was in emergency, and just before being put after 12 hrs in a room upstairs...I got 1 nurse that gave me nothing but grief.She singled me out as a elderly (70yrs old) women she could bully.I rang my son, and cried to him on the phone.He said give me her name...but she did not have one I could see.I asked for some water, but it never came.She was angry with me from the start.My son rang the hospital, told them...Never heard a word back...I am quite scared if I ever have to go back to ... read more
