Excellent service. Took my rug that I've had 8 years in for a quote on a deep clean as it hadn't had a proper clean since I bought it. 1 week turn around and it's come back and looks brand new! Love it.
My Persian vegetable dye rugs hadn't been cleaned since they were purchased in 2008. They require specialized cleaning to prevent the dyes from running. Rod returned them in superb clean condition and they look and feel fabulous once more. The same professional service from a Sydney company was going to be twice the cost (not incl. delivery etc).
