These guys were completely booked when I called them for a pink slip. They told me if I could drop my car off, they would do it when they had a spare couple of minutes. They had my pink slip done in a very short period of time, considering how busy they were. I then received a very pleasant phone call saying that the car was ready to be picked up whenever I was ready. They could have just as easily told me, "Nope, sorry. We are too busy. Lovely people, great service. Helped us get back on the road when we unexpectedly broke down when visiting Wagga. Thank you.
Very disappointing experience. I had to bring my car back six times and spent nearly $600 in total. In the end, the actual problem was fixed with a simple $66 repair. The main issue was that they never carried out a proper inspection at the beginning. Instead, they kept replacing different parts one after another without finding the real fault. Excellent service and reasonable pricing, they were accomodating for my situation and helped me with a few things I hadn’t thought of to get a car i’d purchased with issues 4 hours home. Recommended to me by a local, and they exceeded expectations from receptionist through to the mechanics
Trent was amazing today and fitted a fuel Filter to our landcruiser and got us back on the road without any fuss. Fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend them.
