I went to this location to inquire about a needed car repair. I stood in the door of the lobby and the shop and waited about 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. When the owner did speak with me, he told me I could make an appointment with his daughter. The daughter, who was outside the whole time, walked up and stated, " Did I speak with you on the phone." Had an appointment for my car to get work done - first appointment was canceled. Arrived before 9 am for second appointment, no one ever showed up to the shop for our appointment time, never answered our several phone calls. Waited 30 min past our appointment time for someone to show up to drop our car off. They never showed up and never called us back or answered our phone calls. Not very reliable. Disappointed- if they didn’t want the business they should not have made the two appointments.
Great environment Great Customer Service I would Recommend to anybody! They also saved me a good amount of money . Prior to going to wages auto works I did go to Honda to get a full diagnostic test and they were saying I need this and that fixed NOT EVEN KNOWING THE REAL PROBLEM (when in reality I didn’t even need 3 out of 4 of the things listed ) I would’ve been upset for sure.
