Had service done last August. Had some batteries among other things done. First time I used batteries are bad. I call to figure out if there is a warranty. Guy can't find my info. Bought trailer in salem, have had work done 3 times or so. Tells me to call the battery place. I said well I would figure since I bought the batteries here, paid you to install them you could follow through on the warranty claim. He says it just be easier you call the battery place and do. Under the previous ownership this was a good shop. Don't waste your time. They had my trailer for 4 months and didn't fix anything. The had my sister's motor home an entire summer before they fixed it. Communication is horrid and you have to hunt someone down just to talk to someone.
They helped me out in a pinch and they have my undying gratitude!! I'm not from this area and I'm so grateful I found them!! I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
