The visit was a waste of time and my money..I was so pleased with the service I received at my first visit I went in to see why my heater wasn't working told them that antifreeze was leaking when I turn on the heater or the defrost only. I was provided with a list of everything else that was wrong with my car including the heater issue. I paid the $138 for them to diagnose the issue. I asked for help with an overheated radiator; these kind gentlemen put water in my radiator and did not charge for any service.
The WORST people in town – DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY ARE NOT REAL MICHANICS. These people are total rip offs. They really don't know what they are doing. The owner acts clueless on almost everthing. I'm the stupid one for going back to these guys thinking they just had a bad day. They are experts in F-ing up your car, then say they can't fix it. but charge you for work that was not needed. This place doesn't fix cars, they scam their customers! – I went to the Wagenhaus to fix my idol issues (wont hold idol), heater issue and car kept stalling. I was told it would cost $300 to fix all issues and when I picked my car up they said all issues have been fixed. I had to go back for my car after hours to pick it up and as soon as I drove it, nothing really had been fixed. I still had no heat, my idol was still not right, however, it did not stall. Wish I Had Gone Elsewhere – I went to Wagenhaus for an issue with my clutch. I ended up having the clutch replaced. While I felt they had the technical skill, they still failed to install the clutch properly. This is mainly due to the fact that they didn't bother to read the install sheet that came with the clutch kit. Therefore, I was forced to return the car so they could adjust the clutch properly.
