I called days ahead of our appointment to make sure they had the records from our previous vet. When we arrived, they hadn't received them and had to scramble to get them, which delayed our appointment. Then, they had trouble drawing blood (that's never happened at other vet.) By the time they gave up, our dog was a mess. We had to go back a second day to have the blood drawn. Different tech and blood was drawn without a problem.
