Ask anyone who has been in a Thrive building for more than a few months how they feel about the company and you will learn very quickly to stay far away from their properties. We have absolutely love our home at Thrive Communities. The team is friendly and prioritizes hospitality. Grateful we found them and they are easy and accommodating.
Absolutely the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. During my time under their management, I experienced multiple stolen packages, including one taken from the Sage package room the same day it was delivered, a car break-in, and more than 10 unresolved maintenance issues. Communication is slow or nonexistent, security is terrible, and they fail to take responsibility for repeated problems. Just Wanted to say a big thank you to Kacy with thrive. And all she has done with the help of cleaning up Beckford Place apts! From cleaning up around here to having the trees finally trimmed back, to hiring the best maintenance guys in the business. Josh and Eric are fantastic and get the job done super fast and are extremely professional while doing said jobs. Glad I live in a place that takes such good care of it’s residents!
