You’d think they’d bother to put a bike rack in their Quarry Trails development. I don’t live there, but go to the gym there and live close enough to bike to it. Spent TWENTY minutes looking for a rack and ended up having to lock my $1200 e-bike to a tree.
Don’t let the amenities fool you; Thrive and the staff here put on a good show but do not deliver once you sign your lease. And based on other reviews, it seems Thrive only responds to positive comments lol. But here we go… I literally just moved into to the Quarry Trails area a couple weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. Bad company all around, especially their apartment complexes. Thrive shoots a new apartment building up in no time then moves onto the next project before the paint even dries. Thrive is so out of touch with their communities and the serious issues the communities are faced with (looking at you Jeffrey Park). All in all, if you see an apartment complex is managed by Thrive - run and look elsewhere. This company will not take care of you and is only concerned with money.
