We bought a condo last year in Jeffrey Park, which is part of the Thrive Communities. We love the neighborhood, its location, and our property. The downsides include the condo property management company (CPS), which I rate poorly because of their lack of effectiveness when it comes to communication and repairs. I also rate the Thrive Company poorly. The people at Thrive are nice enough, but they’re all about selling and making the sale.
