Absolutely horrible office people. They don't want to tell doctor's availability without getting the insurance information, even after telling I have insurance that covers Dr Wageh Azer. That too for an existing patient. Why do they want to fill all the information in their system before even telling me the doctor's availability and waste my time? Stupidity has no limit! Even in the past when I needed signature on on annual checkup form for insurance, they charged me $15 which is ridiculous in itself. Then they sent me anoth... read more
Today was my first visit with Dr. Azer, and it was the BEST experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. From the moment I arrived to the follow up after my appointment was treated with the highest level of care and customer service. I arrived for my appointment and was assisted by a very friendly and organized front desk and only a few minutes was seen by the doctor.
