I needed 2 lateral arms replaced on a sun shade awning. Mike Ezell quoted me a price over the phone, and promptly came and did the job. I am completely satisfied.
I recently purchased a home that had a Wagco retractable awning. About a week after I moved in I discovered the awning had a broken retracting arm. I called Larry and told him my problem he came out to look at the awning that very same day. He told me he had installed my awning back in 2002 and my particular awning was no longer in production, but he would try to locate the broken part. I purchased an retractable awning with several years ago and then had it recovered. I also had a motor added! I noticed less than a year later that the installer broke off a support arm on a roller. I called Larry Sheets (The Owner) and after sending multiple pictures that he requested he said, that’s an old awning we get new parts imported every couple of years, I don’t know if they’ll fit.
