The first time I went to Wagamama was 20 years ago in London. It was an amazing meal and that tradition continues at this location. As always the food was amazing. It was a rainy Wednesday evening so the place was not crowded at all. Our server was friendly, but not super attentive. They failed to come check on us. Ordered 3 chicken gyoza ramens and it was so disappointing. It was SO bland and had no spice whatsoever.. Then for dessert we got the banana katsu and it was over fried and tiny. Also our waiter was not attentive, at all. Had to flag him down for the check/more water/questions. Wouldn't recommend
