When Pebbles (my jack russell) was sick, WAG was incredible. They worked us into the schedule quickly, offered to keep her for observation if needed, even gave us the option to come in early to be seen. The team followed up afterward to check on her, which showed how much they truly care. On top of the excellent care and customer service, the cost was very reasonable. Dr. Jesse is phenomenal! He was very calm in his approach and very practical. He didn’t scare me or recommend an unreasonable procedure. I will definitely be taking my puppy to him again! My pup felt calm and relaxed with him. The clinic staff were also very kind and Knowledgeable. The place was clean and service was prompt! I’m very happy with my experience there.
I have been taking my cats to Wag for the past year and a half, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Just moved veterinary care to Wag from another vet in the area. I had the best experience for my first visit with my two dogs. The whole process, from initializing the first appointment to actually being seen, was smooth. The staff is incredibly kind and organized! Dr. Jesse took his time with both my pups who are leery of strangers. And they were at ease within minutes! I am so happy to have found this office.
We have always had such a great experience with Dr. VonAlmen and the care she gives our most precious fur friends, dating back 4 years. She has made some of the toughest decisions we have had to make easier with her kindess and understanding. I will always recommend her to anyone looking for veterinary services.
