With only 15 individual dog suites of various sizes and nine luxury cat condos that can be expanded as needed, guests get exercise and individual attention all day long! RecommendedI have been bringing our dog(s) here for years. Randy and Lisa are great owners. The facility is Immaculate and their care and knowledge of the pets is top notch. I would not even consider another boarding facility. Bret
We have boarded several of our black Labradors here since at least 2014. Lisa And Randy always take terrific care of our pets. We know they are well cared for and loved while there. We highly recommend this pet hotel, I say hotel because this is not your typical “kennel “ It is a hotel with individual suites, not creates staked on top of each other. They also give Personal attention to your pet. You get a very valuable service for a very reasonable price.
We boarded our two dogs for three nights this week while we went on vacation. Lisa was very accommodating, trying to make sure our dogs were in the rooms that would best meet their individual needs. That included moving one of our dogs to a bigger room with a run the second day when it became available. Our Old English Sheepdog, Gertrude, is deaf and suffers a great deal of anxiety when exposed to strangers and new situations. Such a great place! We sent our dog there while our first baby was being born. Not only did they give us updates (we were nervous because she had never been boarded before) but they even sent us pictures of her stay after we picked her up. We will definitely send our spoiled pup there next time!
Best kennel ever. Randy and Lisa have a personal touch with all the dogs that comes through in everything they do. Even though we moved out of state we will be back the next time we need boarding.
Great place for our furry family member! They are always so good to our Muncie!
