I am going to say they do not need the business, we were turned away, YES we were Late for our appointment, I apologized and was sincere, I was met with a less then pleasant Groomer who said he would not take us, he did not offer any offer any other options to reschedule. He could see I was really frazzled, but no remorse or emotion was delivered. Upon reflection, I guess I made the right decision not leaving my dog in his hands. RecommendedMike did an amazing job on my boy Moe. called with a last minute request for a sanitary or hind end trim and he fit us in. Moe has bad arthritis and hip dysplasia and has recently been snapping at me if j try to brush. He did not do that with Mike. be has a way with dogs and is so calming. Thank you!
Terrible experience. Clark the current owner could careless about your experience here. Don't let them groom your dog unless you want your dog to look like a completely untrained person just grabbed some scissors and went crazy and your dogs beautiful coat ... we won't be back and I'll make sure everyone we told you about stays away to.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff! Can walk right in for nail trims for my puppy! Freshly baked dog treats! What more could you ask for?!?
Very friendly atmosphere. Feel extremely welcome there as soon as we walk in the door. The groomer Amanda is always amazing and has done a great job with our dog Xena since she was a puppy. Love her and the amazing job she does. The store provides a great variety of pet foods, toys, and treats. Xena always knows when we head to Wag N Wash and gets excited to see her groomer Amanda every time.
Great store, always clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I found this store. Good selection for anything that I need for my dog. Bakery is an added bonus for occasional special treat. She really likes the treats shaped like pawprints and we have tried the meatloaf which she also liked.
I was lucky enough to meet the owner of this location and I must say I was impressed! He spent at least 15 minutes with me helping me decide what dog food would be best for my 2 dogs who are on opposite ends of the age spectrum. (2years old & 12 year old) he also explained how their store worked and talked about the services offered. I will be bringing my two puppies in to get some nail pampering and a nice bath. I will be back for sure!
