They cut my dog on his face, didn't tell me, then blamed it on my dog when I called while yelling at me and cutting me off. The lady I spoke with said she was one of the owners. She ended up hanging up on me too. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This was all after I had to have them cut him again because she cut all of the hair on his face but none on his body. He looked like a reverse bobble head! What kind of groomor does that?! Terrible experience!
