Thankful that little munchkin had his special food diet adjusted over his previous standard procedures and he seems very happy curled in his caves mounted to the wall. Cutest picture was captioned "Nap time" and he was spread out on the blankets in the window, comfortably sound asleep with his paw over his face. Thank you!
They charge additional fee when boarding to let your dog out of their boarding kennel to play with other dogs during the day. Their boarding prices are already high and then to add all day play to het your dog out of their kennel, its ridiculous cost. We paid the extra for all day play but every time we went online to watch our pup on wag cam, he wasn't in all day play. In short, we'd recommend that you look elsewhere. We arranged an overnight boarding to verify that we were comfortable with the caregivers and facility, prior to confirming a month-long boarding stay with full-day play for our 6 year old, GSP (+$3,000). The facility is very nice and most of the staff we initially interacted with were very professional, we were able to check in on our dog several times via the video link. We had a wonderful experience here in CO at Wag Hotel. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. Our dog loved her doggie daycare times and meeting new furry friends. We will definitely be back when we come back to Denver.
Friendly welcome. Organized. Clean. Calm environment. Our dog was comfortable going in, and she was clean and happy when we picked her up. I appreciated hearing her report card. Our car was safe in the WAG lot. The parking fee was much more affordable than the airport. The shuttle service is convenient and efficient. We’ll definitely be using WAG in the future.
