WARNING - MY 4 YR OLD DOG DIED AFTER BEING IN WAG FACTORY'S CARE! I wish I could give less than a 1 star review as this has been the most horrifying and devastating experience. I would never have imagined that this could have happened and that we would be treated so poorly by this company after such a tragic incident. RecommendedOur dog Ace has been going to Wag Factory for day care and boarding since he was a puppy (he’s now 10 years old). We always feel confident knowing he is happy and safe when we take him to Wag Factory.
Wag Factory has been the most fun place for my boy to go play. When we park, he knows exactly where we are and his tail starts wagging with excitement. Walking in and hearing the workers call Harley by his name makes me so happy. They show such love and personal attention to our fur babies.
We love Wag Factory. The people are nice, and going there makes my dog's tail wag.

The Wag Factory has been excellent to our German Shepherd, Rika. Our girl is energetic, stubborn, and very protective. They always work with her to help her with basic commands and manners. Even when she is anxious, they help me problem solve to make her more comfortable. Rika loves daycare and every time we boarded her, she comes home tired, happy, and clean. Thank you!
I absolutely love the Wag Factory! The staff is accommodating and friendly. The manager always greets my dog Griffin and makes me feel comfortable about leaving him when I have to go out of town. I have recommended many of my colleagues to send their dogs there, and we all share the same experience of our fur babies coming home happier and exhausted from fun!
The staff of Wag Factory is the absolute best. They actually care about the dogs and bond with them. Not only do they take amazing care of them but they have dress up costume contests for Halloween and Christmas and take and post the funniest pictures!!! You can tell that the employees at wag factory consider this not just a job but go above and beyond��
They always take great care of our dogs when we need them.
