WARNING - MY 4 YR OLD DOG DIED AFTER BEING IN WAG FACTORY'S CARE! I wish I could give less than a 1 star review as this has been the most horrifying and devastating experience. I would never have imagined that this could have happened and that we would be treated so poorly by this company after such a tragic incident. My dog was boarded there for 1 week and came home with diarrhea and was dead about 36 hour after leaving their facility. I absolutely love the Wag Factory! The staff is accommodating and friendly. The manager always greets my dog Griffin and makes me feel comfortable about leaving him when I have to go out of town. I have recommended many of my colleagues to send their dogs there, and we all share the same experience of our fur babies coming home happier and exhausted from fun!
