Giving 5 stars is not enough ! Brooke does a amazing job grooming our Newfoundland puppy Gilbert. He always looks so happy and handsome while He is with her, even though he has a stubborn side lol. I don’t trust anyone else with him. We made of the mistake of taking him Somewhere else once while y’all were closed and it turned out awful. So for anyone reading this if you need your fur child groomed Brooke is excellent at what she does.

The Wag Factory has everything you need to feel secure about leaving your pet. You are greeted when you walk in with a delightful aroma and a decorated forum. Halloween was in the air there. The kennels and runs were very clean. But the wag cam was the best. I watched with confidence the whole trip. My Charley Buttons was as happy as he could be without us and supervised at all times. The staff at Wag Factory is excellent! It is clear they truly know your dog because they are able to tell you what they did all day, how they behaved and don't sugar coat things -- I have a boxer (Duke) who can be an anxious mess at times -- leading to some bad behavior -- and without me asking or prying, they were able to tell me that Duke needed a time out or two that day, but then was able to return to doggy day care and have fun the rest of the day. I had a bad first experience at Wag Factory when I boarded my Great Dane puppy here and measured out food exactly for her stay and came back with 7 bags of pre packed food. They assured me she was nervous and didn’t want to eat, so I decided to give them a second chance with doggy day care. After visiting them a Friday, Monday and Tuesday, my dog became extremely sick. My Bella spent a couple of nights here and she had a blast! She came home like she was a puppy again! The staff is amazing. I called and checked on her a couple of times and I wasn’t worried at all. I was the mess. She was having a blast. I am so happy my sweet girl had a great time. I am sure she is excited about her next stay. We got back Home early so we picked her up a day early. They made sure she had her bath before we picked her up. What a great place and an awesome experience!
