The Hutto Location has changed management recently and the store seems to be declining. We’ve lived in Hutto for three years and This Wag-a-Bag had the best customer service, coffee and creamers were always stocked and everything was always very clean. We always received a “Good Morning” or “Hey Guys” when we came in. Not sure what happened exactly but there was a Sudden change in management and some staff and the place just isn’t the same. The mgmt at store at S. Mays and Logan needs to hire customer service oriented employees. Some are ok but I'm constantly hassled about what I buy, and just now I was reprimanded for the clerk throwing the wrong item in my bag when I went back to exchange the item. Won't be back.
Have all the necessary things needed.
