Love the atmosphere and the sushi was excellent
The lobster and steak are very delicious. The vegetables are cooked to perfection and I would eat here again.
I went in to pick up an order I stood there for 10 mins and the lady who was at the register didn’t even acknowledge me (she wasn’t doing anything just standing there)after 10 mins I had to find a waitress and ask her if she can help me with a pick up order. I feel as though that was very rude.
I ordered a DoorDash BOGO offer but received only one meal. The clerk was friendly and tried to correct the issue. However, when she called her supervisor, he was rude to her and refused to honor the promotion, insisting that “it doesn’t exist”, even though they could see the offer. Very disappointing customer service and handling of a clearly advertised promotion.
