NOT TIA B’s. Signs everywhere saying it’s the same but DO NOT be fooled. Waffles are now half the size they used to be and have little to no flavor, we tried the biscuits and gravy, blue lavender, and strawberries and cream. Biscuits and gravy was good but a 1/4 cup of gravy on it. Blue lavender has ZERO lavender flavor. And basic waffles are just bland. We also received our bacon with a workers hair in it. This place was amazing when it was Tia Bees the food tastes cheaper now while the prices were extravagant. I swear my wife's Chicken and waffles was Day old chicken from an air fryer it was so dry. And I'm pretty sure that wasn't New Mexico green chili on my plate. $54 for two people and the love seem to be gone so saddened this was one of my favorite places.
Fantastic, inventive waffles. We had salmon lox on a potato latke waffle and a vegan coconut waffle with blueberries - both excellent. Long wait on line but then the food was on our table within ten minutes. Edit: a year later, we come here all the time and it is always 10/10.
