We visited Waffle House 1137 in Albany Ga. this morning, June 22, with our grandkids and the service and food was awesome! Thank you NayNay for your great service! Your smile was friendly and inviting. You were patient with the kids as they ordered. The food was served hot and was delicious! Amari, you greeted us as we entered and thanked us for eating in the diner. Thank you for a great experience!!
I used to stop at this place at least twice a month then they remodeled and it went to Crap, next time I stopped 15 minutes went by no one says anything to me no water anything, Next trip in same thing and sitting right in the middle of the bar. Fast forward to last night me and my date stopped in on the way home 9.30 pm. I just left store #1178. Store manager John Brydon? I couldn't see the name. Needs help with a few things. He was bragging how he started a new cook on a Sunday morning, and the guy quit, because he couldn't handle it. I said as a Executive Chef, restaurant consultant. You never start people without experience and a busy day., they need to be built up to handle a busy shift. He just kept looking at me. Then I see him taking pictures of me, he saw I caught him, Not very professional at all
