The worker in the priceville Al store was rude to me told me it wasn't his job to read the menu to me after they charged me 3.50 for toast
I travel for work and when I’m on the road, I like good hot meal, I will stop at the Waffle House and get dinner and it’s always decent. It’s always good but I stopped at store 189 in Kentucky and it was the best Waffle House meal I’ve ever eaten. I always order the same thing four cheesy scrambled eggs, hashbrowns. Well done with cheese, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeño peppers. I always ask for my ingredients for my hashbrowns to be well done, it was cooked to perfection. I watched the short order cook never change any gloves. Went from grabbing raw meat placing it on the grill then putting his hands on food that was already prepared going on the plate. I had already paid for mine but I walked out the door. Want to talk about cross-contamination that should have been covered with the employees from day one.
Went into dry ridge location today 11/10/25 at 11:00. Walked in and all the tables were dirty. The big girl with glasses would not clean a table for is to sit. Nor would anyone else. Stood there for a few and the bigger girl stared drinking coffee instead of cleaning the table for us to sit down. Very poor service and very dirty environment. Walked out
