Morning shift is always on point and very friendly but I do have to admit the afternoon shift was lacking and absent minded.
This is the best Waffle House I’ve been too. My coworkers and order there weekly and they are always on time and the orders are perfect no matter how packed they are! Their crew is the absolute best!!
Terrible customer service
The air-conditioning was set so low it was very uncomfortable our food was cold before we could eat it the service was horrible waitress was rude didn't care if we had what we needed had to ask for everything and when we did it seemed to anger her there were 11 of us she could have earned a very good tip but got none. We will not be going here for a great while because of these conditions
