Pulled up around 1pm with my fiancé. It's busy, not too busy. I count 7 employees in the store but the food is taking forever. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the wrong order was brought to our table. After another 10+ minutes of waiting, some plates were brought, but our orders got mixed up some how. Our server, Madison did her best, but she didn't have a lot of support from her kitchen and leadership. I frequent this waffle house often and this is the FIRST time I left without getting food. I just sat at the very end of the bar at the entrance to the kitchen area for 25 minutes and was never acknowledged. I was not offered a menu coffee anything.
