Love this Waffel House. Natalie the server is the best. Very clean restaurant. Good food. Great service
I have no complaints about the food, cleanliness, or service overall except I noticed one particular server seems to go out of her way not to acknowledge or serve me and partner any time we come from the first time we started eating here. I usually don't like to assume prejudice but it's difficult to ignore when we're the only guests of color and maybe that's why. The staff at this location are the best. They always make the customers feel welcomed, and have fun while being professionals.
Normally visit after church. I visit the Waffle House located at 1966 Eagle Drive frequently.The service has always been great. But upon the last 2 visits I experienced long wait times due to my order being lost or the server not putting the order in. The server Renee took my order on the last 2 visits.
