If I,could give them less than one star I would. I called to place Togo order, the woman that answer the phone, was yelling, and then hung up on me. I called back and she rudely exclaim she concentrate my order, and rudely hung up Again. My boyfriend and I come to this waffle house every so often, and we tip very well. You guys definitely lost great guests. Learn some customer service.
MY husband and I had lunch at your restaurant yesterday. We had eaten there several times before and found it to be satisfactory . Yesterday's experience was quite different. It took a long time to get or food, they brought my husband before they brought my food. I had ordered bacon extra crispy, when they brought my food, there was no bacon so assumed the waitress would go back and get it. NO, she didn't.
