Horrible customer service. We went last night around 11:30 pm, the waitress guy never checked on us, he was kind of rude when he took our order. When my husband asked him for his first coffee refill, he said they didn't have no more, I thought, Waffle House running out of coffee? Then, we were about to leave he finally made another pot of coffee. How lazy and rude you can be. Customer service is obviously not your thing young guy. Also, the restrooms are disgusting. 0 stars.
Classic waffles and Angus cheese burger are my favorite food from Waffle House! The store employees provided good customer service, but the cleanliness of dining areas needs to be improved ! The to-go menu we got was pretty greasy ~ and you can find papers and crummy everywhere on the floor …
