Food was good and service was great! Our server, Brandon (3rd shift), helped an older couple out to their car. Such a sweet gesture and a blessing to both the couple and my husband and I to see that.

This place was a mess they messed up our order then had the nerve to get mad then Mike Larry the security man was very rude he seemed drunk its 4am all we did was pull up to the window to report our messed up order and this Mr. Security mike Larry guy come up to our car and tell us we need to move or he calling the police not noticing we just only pulled to the window to address our order he harassed us so bad to the other customers came to our defense

Normal waffle house food. Horrible service. I sat down and ordered. Then the whole staff just went in the back to play grabass for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for my drinks twice while my waitress just stood there staring into space.

I ordered a pecan waffle , 2 eggs and grits thru door dash... the waffle was hard as a brick and the eggs and grits were very cold. I most likely won't be ordering anything from waffle House again. I should have known that everything would be subpar because of all of the videos I see online. What was I thinking??
