Sad to say that they really do not know what they're doing. The staff, they were real busy, but the staff is just standing around talking. They would need to be clean. It took them 15 minutes to come over to me Even get my order ten minutes sitting there.I still have not even received my coffee, but yet the young lady recognized me. I elected to order online and my order was confirmed at 10:07a, on the confirmation it indicated that my order would be ready at 10:15a. I knew it was a busy time, and arrived to pick up my meal at 10:30a. I was told that our meal would be “right up.” At 10:38a, I received a text message that said our meal was ready but the worker that shared it would be “right up” did not call my name or handed me anything and I thought it was a system error. Imagine tipping the cashier an extra 5 and 10 dollars just to have your order messed up. I visit Waffle House at least three times a week. It’s kind of one of my rituals. I order the same thing every time I go, which is the All-Star meal and the only thing is modified are my eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese and jalapeños.
