The food at this Waffle House is consistently good and exactly what you expect when you come here. The cooks do a great job, and the meals are usually hot, fresh, and served quickly considering how busy the restaurant always seems to be. However, the service can be hit or miss. The staff often appear overwhelmed, and getting refills, placing an order, or receiving the check can take longer than it should. I placed my order online for a delivery in automatically made it for pick up instead after I tipped. So then I was forced to pay extra on an Uber. Also, when I get there to pick up my food, I asked to buy a drink and I’m told They’re going to charge me extra for A DRINK because it’s to go. Come to find out you’re not even allowing anyone to dine in tonight. So why am I being charged extra BEcause you don’t feel like having customers? This is for the food. Chicken and egg breakfast Chicken was half done and full of oil or grease. Grits was stiff. Toast was ok eggs was ok. Only Coffee wasn't great either. Server was friendly. Would I eat here again don't know.
