It was dead in the unit had maybe 1 other table. Didn't get a single refill. They forgot the cheese on my fiancé's hash browns but charged us for it. Forgot the toast with my all star until I was almost done eating. Charged me13 dollars instead of the 12.25 because I ordered it without hash browns or grits but with 2 extra eggs instead which 1 egg is 2.50 and 2 is 3 on the side listed on their menu. So the extra charge was off. Terrible experience all around.
Went to the store to dine in asked for plastic utensils and the waitress decided to hustle me and charge me for a to go order and add a 20% tip on to my bill to help pay HER bills. Smh some broke tactics. I run a logistics company and eat at Waffle Houses all over the country and have never had this issue. If I would like to tip as a customer it should be up to ME and I should not be forced to do so.
