I put in an online order and ended up waiting 45 minutes after I got to the store for pickup. Some how my online order was completely missed. I watched people come in after me get there orders.
Staff was nice
I had planned to eat here one Saturday, but as I expected, they were super busy, so I left because I was really hungry and didn't feel like continuing to wait; I would recommend that when you have patrons in, give them a water or something while they wait. However, each employee had a positive attitude. Especially Jabari; even though he just finished training, I observed him being really nice to each patron he interacted with and I made it a point to affirm him while I was there.
Food was terrible. The cook had to be new.
