This was the worst Waffle House experience. The staff was very rude! First and foremost, I was completely ignored until the manager came. Then when the manager was talking to the staff they completely ignored her. I placed an online order was set for pick up at 9:18 I gave them a few minutes and went in at 9:26 and my order wasn’t even started. In my many years of travel and meals in every type of restaurant, the service, politeness, and great attitude today from our waitress, Marcona, surpassed them all!
Waitress Sunnie was fantastic. Such a great representation of your establishment. I wish I lived near by. Gentleman cooking cooked everything perfectly.
