super friendly staff!
I showed up about 10 minutes after the notification said my food would be ready. So when I got there I was told my food needed to be “called in”. Confused- I asked “but I placed and already paid for an online order”. Again the employee stated “right it just needs to be called in”. Because I don’t work there and don’t know what that means I asked if there was anything I needed to do.
