I did an online pickup on Saturday and my order was supposed to be ready at 11:04am. I got there around 11:10 and was told they're working on my order. I waited until 11:35 before i received my food. No apologies for me waiting patiently. No compensation for waiting for so long. Even seen somebody else walk in and pickup their online order as I sat there and waited for my food. It's Waffle House, yo. If I want a Waffle House waffle, I know that I can go to any waffle house and get the waffle I crave. No exception here! The waitress was friendly and efficient and my Waffle was just right.
