I came in for a to go order. I'm bot sure lf what system they use but my order was sitting near where people ca. dine and eat. So if they felt like taking it they could. I told the name of my order and the staff member walked around looming for the bag that again was on the clunter when i walked in. I made sure to check it before I left and as always the food was delicious.
So this Waffle house was my wife and my go to quick breakfast spot. Sometime in the last year or too, the menu prices doubled... the staff became rude... The entire atmosphere changed... We wont be coming back. And the part of the menu about carry out having a 20% fee.... thats not cool... We sat at the bar for 20 minutes with no response, then moved to a table for another 15 ... The cook ignores the waitresses... Your system has changed and it sucks...
